In 2025, The Matthews House strengthened families, supported youth, and built pathways to stability across Northern Colorado. Through relationship-centered programs, regional collaboration, and community support, we walked alongside people during pivotal moments—and helped them take their next step forward.

Our children and family programs focus on early intervention, stabilization, and long-term resilience. We support caregivers as they work toward safe housing, reliable childcare, education goals, and stronger support systems—often preventing deeper system involvement before it begins.

Supporting Youth Through Transition
Young people face critical moments that can shape the rest of their lives. Our youth and young adult programs provide safe spaces, trusted relationships, and practical support as participants work toward education, employment, housing, and connection.

The Landing
A Safe Place to Begin Again
The Landing is Northern Colorado’s first regional youth shelter, offering day services, overnight shelter, and trauma-informed case management for youth ages 15-20 located in Northern Colorado. Through consistent support, trusted relationships, and immediate access to basic needs, The Landing is helping young people move from crisis toward safety, stability, and opportunity.
