Rapid Rehousing

Our Rapid Rehousing program is designed to quickly move qualifying youth and young adults from homelessness into permanent housing.

We provide:

Short-Term Rental Assistance: Financial support to help cover the costs of rent and move-in expenses.
Case Management: Personalized support to help participants secure and maintain housing, including assistance with job search, budgeting, and accessing community resources.
Housing Navigation: Guidance in finding suitable and affordable housing options in the community.

Housing Vouchers

Housing Vouchers are available to eligible youth and young adults, offering:

Financial Support: Vouchers help cover a portion of the rent, making housing more affordable for low-income individuals and families.
Flexibility: Participants can choose their housing, giving them the freedom to select a home that best fits their needs and preferences.
