Racing for a Cause: The Wild West Relay
Every summer, the Wild West Relay brings together runners from across Colorado and beyond for an unforgettable endurance race through some of the most scenic parts of our state. This 200-mile team relay stretches from Fort Collins to Steamboat Springs, winding through rugged mountain passes, rolling hills, and charming rural towns. It’s a test of grit, teamwork, and community spirit—and this year, it was also an incredible act of generosity.
$35,000 Raised for The Matthews House
We’re thrilled to share that the 2025 Wild West Relay raised $35,000 to support the programs and services of The Matthews House. These funds directly impact youth and families in Northern Colorado by providing life-changing resources—everything from basic needs assistance to educational support and life skills training.
This year’s fundraising efforts were powered by our annual sponsor, Nutrien, who not only provided financial support but also hosted the fundraising drive. Their commitment to strengthening our community makes events like this possible, and we are deeply grateful for their partnership.
