The Matthews House Programs
Our agency provides the resources and support necessary to empower youth to take control of their lives, shape positive futures for themselves and become successful contributors to their community.
The Matthews House family programs were created to aid in securing the foundation of loving familial structures. We help families set and attain goals and support them in the process.
Supports and educates parents and caregivers, utilizing the Strengthening Families protective factors that gives them the skills and resources they need to parent effectively. Registration is required for all cafes.
Homework Helpers
An after-school program for students ages 8-14 to receive homework help, make new friends and engage in fun activities.

Summer Zone
A summer enrichment program for students ages 8-14. Games, crafts and other activities are offered.

Music Program
Offers various instrument lessons, including piano, violin, guitar and more, for kids ages 8 and up.

Family to Family
F2F is a support program for caregivers in Larimer County. We are here to talk through resources and work on goals for you and your family.
Experiential Education
EE offers a safe place for kids to learn about themselves, socialize with others, and ignite their “spark”. Some EE examples are hiking trips, guitar lessons, and Dungeons and Dragons.

ECN is a support for families offering safety, language & learning, health and activity, school readiness, and parenting and family engagement.
Learning Hub
A graduation support program for high school students in the Poudre School District.

SafeCare Colorado
SafeCare providers work side-by-side with families once a week in their home or through virtual visits. The goal is to help parents and caregivers build on the skills they already have and make sure they have what they need to keep children safe, healthy, and thriving.
